Exciting new Women’s Rec Festival launching!

We’re pleased to announce that a new Women’s Recreational Football Festival is coming to Ringmer.

Dates: 27 April, 25 May, 21 June
Entry: £45 per team of up to 10 players

Speaking on the introduction of the festivals, our Development Officer, Ayscha Woods said: “We’re delighted to announce that England Football Accredited club Ringmer AFC will be hosting a new monthly Women’s recreational football festival, replicating the existing successful Women’s Rec Festivals.

“The growth of Women's rec football has been remarkable, with our Lancing festival now reaching maximum capacity.

“In response, we've forged a fantastic new partnership with Ringmer, who are eager to lead this initiative and champion the Women's rec game.

“We can't wait to see this new festival take flight and to support Ringmer in ensuring its sustainability for the future."

Holly Smith of Ringmer added: “After seeing the success at the Sussex County FA rec festivals, we decided to collaborate with them to run our very own rec festival here at Ringmer, which will be held once a month on a Saturday.

“We are so excited to start and can’t wait to see this amazing event grow!”
