Jade joined the Sussex County FA in September 2016.

Jade oversees the development team of George Davis, Paul Ofei-Kwatia, Ayscha Woods and Abi Knight, as they work to enhance and grow the beautiful game in Sussex.

Jade’s role sees her work across the game ensuring that everyone who wants to, has a role in football. Her passion is equality, and she leads on the growth and development of equal opportunities in football, such as refugee, LGBTQ+ and disability football. 

Jade is also an advocate of wellbeing and takes on the role of one of our wellbeing officers, ensuring that the workplace and culture is one to enjoy.

A UEFA C qualified coach, Jade is also an FA mentor supporting coaches with a disability. Outside of her role, Jade is a passionate support worker, working to enrich the lives of adults with a disability.
