Paul joined the Sussex County FA in September 2018.
Paul's main responsibilities are to develop women and girls affiliated football, including Wildcats, Squad Girls and Futsal across the county. His role also requires him to work with schools and other educational partners to grow football and futsal.
Paul has an active role on the Sussex County Women & Girls Football League committee, he also coaches a youth team, a women’s team and is a qualified futsal referee. Away from football, family, music, table-tennis and more football fill in the gaps!
Paul works alongside Jade Harker, George Davis, Ayscha Woods and Abi Knight in the development team.
