The FA and Sussex County FA offer a Long Service Award to individuals who have given significant service to the
game. This is to recognise and reward the continuous activity and valuable service whatever role / positions held.

The Long Service Awards recognise County Members, Club Officials and League Officials.

• 15 Years - awarded by Sussex County FA 

• 25 Years - awarded by Sussex County FA

• 35 Years - awarded by Sussex County FA

• 50 Years - awarded by The FA (need not run consecutively) 

How to nominate:
Nominations are open all year and are made by completing the nomination form (below) and submitting it to the Sussex County FA for verification.
Please note: self-nominations are encouraged.
