The FA and Sussex County FA offer a Long Service Award to individuals who have given significant service to the
game. This is to recognise and reward the continuous activity and valuable service whatever role / positions held.
The Long Service Awards recognise the valuable service referees and all those involved in supporting referees perform in the game. To appropriately reward the continuous activity of referees, as well as those who support them, a continuous service award is presented regardless of the role played in refereeing e.g. Referee, Tutor, Observer, etc.

15 Years - Bronze County FA pin badge and certificate

25 Years - FA Certificate with a silver County FA pin badge and certificate
-
35 Years - Gold County FA pin badge and certificate

40 Years - FA certificate
-
50 Years - FA Medallion with pin badge and certificate
How to nominate:
Nominations are open all year and are made by completing the nomination form (below) and submitting it to the Sussex County FA for verification.
Please note: self-nominations are encouraged.
