By joining the group, you get the chance to work alongside the Sussex County FA, and experienced match officials, in order to help the development of referees across the county.
All levels of match officials are welcome to apply, with members varying from Level 8 to Level 4.
Speaking on the Council, Redmond Egan, Sussex RA-FA Youth Council Chair said: "Having been on the Youth Council for now six years, I have worked up from being a Youth Council member to being Chair for the past three years.
“Being on the Youth Council is a fantastic opportunity to develop yourself and make a difference to refereeing in Sussex by working closely with the Sussex County FA.
“As a team we work together to put on events, practical ones, and some via Zoom, enabling us to get a real variety of top FA Tutors and top PGMOL referees to attend, and share their knowledge with the referees in Sussex.
“We are looking for referees, aged 16 to 25, that are of any level to join the team with fresh ideas, and are able to commit to one meeting a month."
