Our friends at Sussex County Cricket Club are once again holding another one of their ‘Where Cricket Meets…’ events, and this time the guest of honour is former England, Everton and Bolton Wanderers manger, Sam Allardyce.

Taking place on Friday 31 March 2023, at The Hilton Metropole, Brighton, guests are welcome from 12pm, with the three-course lunch starting at 1pm.

The afternoon will feature stories from ‘Big Sam’s’ career in football, both as a player with Millwall and Preston North End, and then his three decades as a manager. 

There will also be a raffle, charity auction and a game of heads and tails!

The event is the clubs main fundraiser for the Sussex Cricket Foundation, with all proceeds raised going towards supporting key Foundation projects/initiatives.
