We are delighted to announce the appointment of Sam Stephenson as Marketing & Communications Officer. 

Sam will be working alongside Marketing & Communications Manager, Darren Ford.

He joins us having been with Barclays Women’s Championship side, London City Lionesses, as their Marketing & Communications Officer. 

Prior to joining the Lionesses, Sam studied for an MA in Sports Journalism, where he covered stories across the football pyramid.

On his appointment, Sam said: “It’s a privilege to be joining the Sussex County FA, and continue the work of the Marketing department in promoting the diverse range of initiatives in place to grow the game in the local area.”
