Brighton & Hove Albion are delighted to announce that their first two home games in the Women’s Super League (WSL) will be staged at the American Express Community Stadium.

They host Aston Villa on Sunday, September 11 (2pm) and Reading on Sunday, September 25 (2pm).

American Express, main sponsor of Brighton & Hove Albion Women’s team, will be working in partnership with the club and Albion in the Community to surprise fans ahead of the match against Villa. More details will be revealed in due course.

First team manager Hope Powell said, “It will be fantastic to start the season with two games at the Amex.

“The support we had for the games against West Ham and Leicester City last season played a big part in us getting wins in both matches and hopefully our fans can inspire us again in September.

"There is a fantastic buzz around women’s football at the moment thanks to the success of the Lionesses in reaching the final of the Women’s Euros and I’m sure that will be reflected in big attendances at the Amex in these games. We can’t wait to be back there.”

Season tickets are also on sale with huge demand on the back of the UEFA Women's EURO 2022. So much so that Brighton have opened further areas of Broadfield Stadium for sales on Season Tickets from as little as £49 for adults and £19 for concessions.
