The draw for the Quarter-Finals of the Sussex Senior Challenge Cup was broadcast by BBC Sussex Radio on Saturday 18 December 2021 and on Twitter.

Ken Benham, Chief Executive, drew the home teams, and Paul Baston, Finance Manager, drew the away teams.

The following ties were drawn:

Eastbourne Town vs. Brighton & Hove Albion
Bognor Regis Town vs. Worthing
Horsham vs. Saltdean United
Horsham YMCA vs. Little Common or Three Bridges

Fixtures are to be played on or before Wednesday 19 January 2022.
