The draw for the Second Round of the Sussex Senior Challenge Cup was broadcast by BBC Sussex Radio on Saturday 12 October 2019 and on Twitter.

Tony Kybett, Director and FA Representative drew the home teams and Ken Benham, CEO of the Sussex County FA drew the away teams.
