We have appointed Judy Gunn as a Football Development Administrator.

Judy will be working closely with Hayley Tunstall and alongside Jade Harker, Clare Nichols and Steve Phythian in our Football Development team, which is headed up by Paul Saunders, Football Development Manager.

A mother of four children, Judy has supported three football mad sons for several years and has spent countless weekends washing kit, travelling to matches and standing on the side-lines cheering them on. 

Judy has also been involved in gymnastics for many years as her daughter was an elite gymnast, but her personal love is horses and she hopes to have her own again one day.

Prior to taking up her role, Judy has a wealth of experience in administration having previously worked in financial services for American Express and Legal & General. 

Following her appointment, Judy said: “Having spent a long time as a football spectator, I am excited to now be involved in grassroots football in a formal capacity.

“I look forward to working with the rest of the team at Sussex County FA to ensure that we are providing the best opportunities for everybody across the county.”
