A S Eastbourne under-11s have been crowned champions of the Pitchero Aces Nationals, that were held at the University of Nottingham on Sunday 24 June 2018.

The Pitchero Aces Nationals tournament is invitational, with junior teams across five age groups from England, Wales and Scotland competing in a one-day event, to decide the national champions of British grassroots football.

The All-Stars came through five group matches, the knock out stages and final without conceding a single goal and impressed with their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship across the whole day.

Academy Head Coach Anthony Storey beamed “It was an amazing opportunity for the players to play against the best teams in the country. We are so proud.

“The players deserve all the success that they achieve. They work extremely hard, training 2 or 3 times per week and the commitment from all our parents is phenomenal."
