Small-Sided League
If you wish to affiliate a Small Sided League, you will need to complete and return the following forms:

If you wish to affiliate a tournament or one off competition you will need to complete and return the following:
Payment of £16.00
Confirmation as to which format is being played (Mini Soccer or Small-Sided)
