Are team sheets required for County Cup fixtures?

Yes, these are sent out at the start of the season to your club secretary, if you need a further supplies please contact: Competitions@SussexFA.com

How do we report the result of the County Cup fixture?

The nominated SMS contact replies to the text from Full-Time, or if not possible email Competitions@SussexFA.com. Just remember you might have to text twice, once to the league and once to the Sussex County FA using the two different codes on the text you receive.

What do we do if our game is postponed?

The nominated SMS contact should reply to the text from Full-Time with "Postponed". You will also need to make sure the opposition are aware along with any appointed match officials.

What do we do if our club cannot fulfil the fixture?

Email Competitions@SussexFA.com as soon as possible. You will also need to make sure the opposition are aware along with any appointed match officials.

We have not heard from the opposition about our upcoming fixture?

Please make sure you contact your opposition and then let the Sussex County FA know by emailing Competitions@SussexFA.com.

Our email notification is showing the wrong kick-off time?

All kick-off times are listed as 8:00am unless your club confirms the details to Competitions@SussexFA.com, your match information will then be updated.

The match official that has been appointed cannot do the game?

You must contact Ray Welch the Sussex County FA Central Appointments Officer via CentralAppointments@SussexFA.com so he can re-appoint, if possible.

Who pays for the match official?

It is the responsibility of the home club to pay any appointed match official, until the final, then the match officials send their costs/expenses to the Sussex County FA.

In addition, for the Sussex Senior Challenge Cup and Sussex Women’s Challenge Cup only, match officials send their costs/expenses for the semi-finals to the Sussex County FA.
