Catering can be supplied for most events held at the Sussex County FA and can be provided either by in-house, or other caterers, to offer an array of catering options to suit every events individual needs.

To make a decision about which room best suits your event or to get a feel for the venue, you are welcome to arrange a visit to see the venue for yourself.
There is ample parking in the on-site car park. If you are visiting the Sussex County FA Headquarters parking is free of charge.
The Sussex County FA Headquarters offers accessible facilities for all guests including designated parking spaces and disabled toilets.

Our license does not allow for this. However, we have a fully stocked and licensed bar located on site and we will always try to provide any special beverage requests that are made in advance of hire.
Due to the wide range of events hosted at the Sussex County FA Headquarters, relationships have been established with suppliers who can offer staging, lighting, audio/visual equipment and technical advice for any event requirements.
Unfortunately the Sussex County Headquarters is not licensed for civil ceremonies. However, the venue is able to host wedding receptions.
No, smoking and vaping is only permitted outside the venue.
Yes, the dance floor can be supplied at an added cost of only £15 for the duration of your event.
Setup and deliveries can, if circumstances allow and with prior agreement, take place the day before the event.
Although this is possible, the Sussex County FA cannot accept any responsibility for items left at the venue or for vehicles left in the car park.
To book an event, a completed and signed copy of the ‘Agreement Form’ must be returned along with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the hire fee. The remaining payment is due seven days prior to the event. The booking will only be confirmed once this has been received.
Should the hirer decide to cancel a booking, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the notice period that is given. Details will be advised at the time of booking. The notice of any cancellation is to be given in writing.
