Ray joined Sussex County FA in August 2009.
In his role, Ray oversees and coordinates all the refereeing appointments to leagues across the county, as well as our own County Cups. These include some FA and Senior League Appointments; he also arranges fitness tests when required.
Ray works alongside Paul Jeffery and Lisa Benn, who make up the referee team.
