Karen joined the Sussex County FA in September 2022.
Karen's role sees her work alongside Annette Madden to ensure safeguarding is at the forefront of club’s minds.
In her role Karen works to assist clubs in implementing safeguarding measures and ensuring they are compliant through a variety of ways including DBS checks, supporting education and in-person safeguarding visits.
Karen is also a member of our office wellbeing team, which works to promote and support colleagues, as well as organise social events to encourage a sense of wellbeing and togetherness.
