Adrian joined the Sussex County FA in September 2015.

He has overall responsibility for our headquarters and stadium in Culver Road, Lancing, with his role including the management of the 3G pitch, health and safety, maintenance, ground grading/improvements and security as well as a whole range of business policies and procedures.

Adrian is also responsible for GDPR and acts as Safety Officer at County Cup Finals. Adrian works alongside Brian Shacklock and also has the overall responsibility for the bar and catering staff, who also make up the stadium team.

Adrian is a UEFA B qualified coach, and used to run his own coaching business, but besides football has a passion for any sport (especially skiing). Both his son and daughter play at a semi-professional level so his weekends are spent travelling to matches as an avid spectator.
