We encourage you to come and challenge the football 'norms' and your own personal thinking.

The Network will be led by the NextGen Leadership Team in partnership with Sussex County FA staff.

Members will take part in a range of development workshops in conjunction with a range of external partners across the county.

In addition to the workshops, NextGen members will have the option of taking part in community projects such as refugee, LGBTQ+, disability and other projects with the aim of making the game more inclusive, engaging more participants and to ensure young people have a safe space to take part in football.

Young leaders will also have the opportunity to take part in a careers day where they will receive support in developing their CV, interview skills and football specific qualities. They’ll also have an opportunity to meet various partners in local football and sport to find voluntary, paid, or academic opportunities.

To register for NextGen Network you must:
• Be aged 14-25
• Live in Sussex or attending a University in Sussex
• Have an interest in football beyond participating as a player
