We are looking for individuals between the ages of 16 to 25 from diverse backgrounds to represent young people and to help shape and develop football within Sussex.

NextGen is a group of young people working alongside FA members of staff, to use football as a tool to make positive societal change.

All members of the NextGen Leadership Programme will automatically be enrolled to the NextGen Network, where you will be able to not only take part in the network programme but will be able to utilise the network members for your own NextGen Leadership projects.

All roles are voluntary with reasonable expenses paid in accordance with the Articles of the Sussex County Football Association. Each member will receive support from the Sussex County FA safeguarding and development teams.
