The Amex Stadium first hosted the Sussex Senior Challenge Cup Final back in 2011 when, current holders, Brighton & Hove Albion beat Eastbourne Borough 2-0 in front of over 7,000 fans.

Last season’s final was contested between two of this season’s semi-finalists in Brighton & Hove Albion and Worthing. Their opponents are Bognor Regis Town and Hastings United.

Speaking on the announcement, our CEO Ken Benham said: “We are grateful, once again, to Brighton & Hove Albion for allowing us use of the Amex Stadium for our Sussex Senior Challenge Cup Final.

“Hosting the final of our most prestigious competition, at the best available stadia in the county, helps add an extra touch of glamour to the occasion, making it extra special for the two clubs that partake in the showpiece.”
