Sienna joined the Sussex County FA in October 2016.

Sienna's main responsibility is leading on discipline, primarily around misconduct and the organisation of hearings and appeals.

Outside of the office, Sienna has a successful footballing career having played at a semi-professional level since the age of 12, seeing her progress into adult football, playing in the Championship and National Leagues.

Sienna also competes at a national level for her equestrian sport, Mounted Games, travelling around Europe for competitions including the Champions League Finals. She is also a keen skier who sees the slopes regularly. 

Sienna works alongside Charlie Thurgood, Dan Bartlett and Elliot Davey in the football services team.
