The FA and McDonald’s Grassroots Football Award Winners from the Sussex football community have been announced!

The awards recognise and reward the people, clubs and leagues that deliver grassroots football and make a positive difference, putting their heart and soul into the game.

Our county winners were selected from over 100 nominations and our judging panel, selected the very best and most inspiring nominations in each category.

All award winners receive two tickets to attend The FA Community Shield Supported by McDonald’s and a KitLocker voucher, as well as an invitation to attend our Awards Evening at the American Express Community Stadium on Thursday 5 September 2019.

Our Chief Executive, Ken Benham, commented upon the winners being announced: “Congratulations to each of our Grassroots Football Awards winners, Sussex football simply wouldn’t be the same without them!
