Clubs can now affiliate for the 2022/23 season online using the Whole Game System with applications to be submitted no later than Thursday 30 June 2022.

All existing clubs should have received an email from us with details of how to access and complete the affiliation process using the Whole Game System. Additionally, full details are available on our affiliation page.

Any new clubs wishing to affiliate for the first time should first off contact us, with their club name and details of the club secretary.

During the club affiliation process, clubs can enter our County Cup Competitions. For the 2022/23 season, matches that are level at Full-Time will go straight to penalties in all County Cup Competitions.  

The Whole Game System is an online system which allows clubs, leagues, and referees to deal with their football administration online, drastically reducing the administrative burden on volunteers.

We have been using the Whole Game System for administration matters since January 2015, and the introduction has seen some key benefits, both to the County FA but more so to volunteers within the game.

Using the system clubs can process their club affiliation and maintain their own club data. Information on coaches and teams is at club official’s fingertips to update, as is playing facilities information and much more.
