As a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, and its impact on grassroots football, we have implemented the following key actions, which will have an impact on our services, for the foreseeable future:
• Office - our Headquarters and Stadium in Lancing is closed, although any post will be monitored periodically, and all phone calls diverted to a voicemail which will be accessed remotely
• Staff - all staff with the exception of those listed below will be on furlough leave*
Ken Benham - Chief Executive / Company Secretary / Senior Safeguarding Lead
Paul Saunders - Development Manager
Paul Baston - Finance Officer
Ollie Powell - Football Services Manager / Deputy Senior Safeguarding Lead
Tom Watkins - Football Services Officer
Darren Ford - Marketing & Communications Manager
*Furlough leave is a temporary leave of absence for economic reasons and is designed to save jobs in the long term. Those members of staff will not be contactable until the COVID-19 situation changes.
• Courses - delivery of all our education courses/workshops and events are postponed until at least the end of May 2020. We have communicated with all Learners via email who have already registered for courses with a start date up to the end of May 2020. Any changes to future courses/workshops will be communicated on our website
• Stadium - all bookings on our 3G Artificial Turf Pitch and in our Sussex Lounge and Peter Bentley Suites have been cancelled up to the end of May. However, all future bookings remain “in the diary” and will be available should the situation change
