Brighton vs. Birmingham

WSL action at the Amex for Womens Football Weekend

Brighton & Hove Albion Women face Birmingham City

This season has once again seen record-breaking numbers in attendances in the Barclays FA Women’s Super League (WSL).

The FA is now launching its first Women’s Football Weekend starting this weekend to landmark a big moment in the growing popularity of the women’s game.

As part of this weekend, Brighton & Hove Albion Women will take on Birmingham City at The American Express Community Stadium on Sunday 17 November, 2:00pm kick-off.

With the Albion’s attendances getting better and better there has never been a better time to get in on the action.

Hope Powell’s side will head into the match on a high, after holding current WSL champions Arsenal to a goalless draw in the Continental League Cup last weekend, before defeating the Gunners 4-2 in a penalty shootout.

The initiative will see ticket prices at just £3 for adults and £1 for concessions, and with offers for season ticket holders. Any groups that wish to buy ten or more tickets can do so at a cost of £1 per ticket.

If you hold a season ticket at the Amex, you will be able to claim two free tickets, giving you the chance to bring a guest to the match.

All WSL season ticket holders will be able to claim four free tickets, in addition to their own ticket, to bring friends and family to enjoy the game. Please note that you will need to claim a free ticket for yourself to gain entry to the Amex for the match.

All fans who buy a ticket in advance for this match will be able to claim a ticket to attend their next WSL match for just £1, which takes place against Reading on Sunday 1 December at The People’s Pension Stadium, kick-off 2pm.

Supporters are also advised that prices on the day of the match will increase to £6 for adults and £3 for under-18s and over-65s.
