We are delighted to announce the appointment of Abi Knight as Referee Development Administrator. 

Abi will be working alongside Paul Jeffery in our Referees department. 

Since leaving college Abi has always worked in and managed pubs so joins us in a very different role here.

Abi has always been involved in football to some degree and started playing at the age of 7 and is an avid Crystal Palace fan which she may want to keep quiet in the office!

Still a regular player now, Abi captains local side Oakwood Ladies in Crawley and probably Abi's biggest fan is her 18-month old German Shepherd.  

Following her appointment, Abi said: “I am so excited to be joining the team at Sussex County FA. Having been a regular footballer most of my life and to now be actively involved with the sport is amazing.”
