The League was originally set up in 2009 and offers competitive football at a central venue for both adult and youth teams. All matches are 7-a-side and played on the artificial 3G surface. All matches are officiated by fully qualified referees appointed by the League.

The adult league is growing with twenty one teams playing in the 2016/17 season. The league now has three adult divisions making the competition more appropriate and accessible for players with differing abilities.
The youth section currently play friendlies but with interest growing there are plans to run a competitive league in the future.
The League are keen to encourage more Women and Girls to get involved and aim to run a regular turn up and play session for Women, and have more girls involved with the youth section. Any interested female players are encouraged to contact the League.
