Crowborough- Book Online
Start Date: Monday 1st March 2010 7:30pm – 9:30pm

Start Date: Thursday 29th April 2010 7:15pm – 9:45pm

Lancing- Book Online
Start Date: Saturday 3rd July 2010 9:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Sussex County FA HQ, Culver Road, Lancing, BN15 9AX
All you need to do to apply is either follow this link and apply online OR download and print off the PDF document ‘Application Form' listed under related documents, complete the 2-sided Course Application/FA Questionnaire Form, stating which Referee Training Course and if applicable (for candidates aged 18 and over), which Safeguarding Children Workshop you would like to attend and return it, along with your FULL payment to:

PLEASE FIND FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT EACH COURSE, INCLUDING THE COURSE EXAM DATE AND SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN WORKSHOPS, UNDER RELATED DOCUMENTS 'APPLICATION FORM'.
The charges for new courses are as follows:-
a. Under 16 years - £35.00, this includes Course Fee £10.00, SCFA Registration £15.00 and Child Protection CD Rom £10.00.
b. 16-18 years - £70.00, this includes Course Fee £30.00, SCFA Registration £15.00 and Child Protection Workshop Fee £25.00.
c. Over 18 years - £82.00, this includes Course Fee £30.00, SCFA Registration £15.00, Child Protection Workshop Fee £25.00 and CRB check fee £12.00.
Candidates who pay the course fee for a, b or c will have them refunded after they have taken up refereeing and covered 6 games of 11-a-side football and attend the ‘Next Step Workshop’.
The fees include registration with the Sussex County FA as a Referee for a season, a copy of the Laws of Association Football, and an FA Welcome Pack for those who intend becoming active referees.
