The development of football opportunities for disabled people has gathered momentum at The FA tremendously over the past six years.
From representative sides to investment in grassroots participation and from removing barriers for playing to creating opportunities to be involved at all levels. The FA is committed to helping make it easier for anyone with a disability to become involved in football as a player, coach, referee, administrator or fan.
There is also now a structured player pathway for the national England disability Squads thanks to the creation of county disability centres right across the country and the future organisation of regional football tournaments.
